Currently Chief Investment Officer in Fideuram Investimenti SGR. He joined Fideuram Asset Management Ireland in january 2014 until april 2016 as Head of Equity. Starting 2000 he worked at ABN AMRO Asset Management as Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management, firstly, and as Chief Investment Officer of the Italian subsidiary then. During this period he was appointed as a member of Investment Management Committee at Amsterdam and London. After ABN AMRO take-over and following its break-up he joined Bank MPS as Head of Investment Strategy for banking book allocation. From 1999 to 2000 he worked at Capitalgest Investment Management Company (UBI Group) as Head of Equity. From 1995 to 1999 he held the role of equity fund manager and later as Head of Equities at IMI-Fideuram Asset Management. Previously he worked for Unicredit as financial analyst.
His professional experience includes the management of mutual funds as well as segregated mandates in equity and multi-asset space. He has also managed balanced and absolute return mandates on behalf of all major Italian Pension Funds, Foundations, Endowment, Family-Offices.
Graduated with honours in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Pavia in 1991, whereas in 1993 he obtained with honour a Master in Accounting, Finance and Control at the University of Pavia too. He is also as Italian Chartered Accountant, Chartered Auditor and Chartered Financial Advisor. He contributed to the Italian component of prof. Michael Porter's book “Competitive Advantage of Nations. In 2009 he received an award from Italian leading financial newspaper (“il Sole 24ore”) as head of second rank best mutual fund management team for 2006-07-08 performances.

Currently at the helm of the Retail Investment Solutions division of Fideuram Investimenti Sgr. His career with Fideuram Investimenti began in 2003 as head of the Product Management office.
In 2000 Boaretto was in charge of flexible collective management for Nextra sgr. His career began in 1994 at Caboto Gestioni, later Intesa A.M., as analyst and manager for the US market and subsequently took charge of the Technology/Telecom/Media industry management.
Currently in charge of the Retail Management division of Fideuram Investimenti Sgr. His career with Fideuram Investimenti began in 2003 in the Asset Allocation team. In 1992 he worked for Banco Ambroveneto, first as equity fund manager, then as bond and finally balanced and flexible fund manager.
His career began in 1986 as fundamental and technical analyst, later as private account manager and subsequently as advisor.
Since 2007 in charge of the Italian Fund division of Fideuram Investimenti and manager of the Italian equity market.
Joined Fideuram Investimenti in 1999 as manager for the Italian equity market and in 2002 was appointed head manager for the Italian equity market.
He was awarded best triple A manager in the Citywire fund manager rating, being the only one with the top rating among Italian SGRs in all equity and non-equity categories.
He holds a degree in Business administration with major in Finance at Milan's Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

In 1998 began his career in the financial sector as quantitative analyst of Fondigest. Starting in 1999 he was joint head of the Quantitative Portfolio Management unit of Intesa Asset Management, later Nextra Investment Management.
He holds a degree cum laude and honors in physics at the University of Turin and a PhD in theoretical physics. He was physics assistant professor with the Chemical and Pharmaceutical technologies course and published several papers in international journals.
Joined Fideuram Investimenti Sgr in 2003 as Chief Economist. Previously, he worked in Nextra Asset Management and Comit Asset Management as Chief Economist and before that in Caboto Holding SIM's Office of Studies as Eurozone economist. From 1994 to 1997 was Lecturer in Economics at the University of Oxford (UK).
He holds a degree in Economic and Social Science at Milan's Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a PhD in Economics at the University of Warwick (UK) in 1994.

Since January 2016 he is Head of Investment Multimanager of Fideuram Investimenti. From 2011 to 2015 he was Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Investment Multimanager of Aletti Gestielle SGR. Before he was Head of Asset Allocation and Head of Research in Aletti Gestielle Alternative SGR. He graduated with honors in Economics of financial Istituttions and Markets at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Since May 2016 Pietro Calati took on the role of Head of Investments coordinating both the Equity and the Fixed Income activities.
His career with Fideuram began in 2000 as bond manager in Fideuram Capital, later Fideuram investimenti. He moved to Fideuram Asset Management in 2007 and from 2009 till 2016 he has been the Head of the Fixed Income team.
He holds a degree in Political Economy at Milan's Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
Since 2016 he is Head of Investment Strategy of Fideuram Investimenti SGR.
In 1998 began his career in Sanpaolo IMI Asset Management SGR as Fund Manager. From 2005 he was Head of Active Strategies and Alternative Investments at Fondaco SGR and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fondaco Lux S.A.
From 2012 to 2015 he was Partner e Fund manager responsible for multi-asset strategies at Dalton Strategic Partnership LLP; before joining Fideuram he was Chief investment Officer at Yellowwoods Associates UK Ltd.
He holds a master’s degree in Economics at Bocconi Univeristy in Milan.
